We had a wonderful time. Service was great from beginning to end. Breakfast was great, multiple choices, and most of all HOT coffee. It was a great surprise to have the kickback dinner available at no extra cost. We really enjoyed the staff throughout our whole stay. Everyone was very polite with smiling faces. We felt welcome at all times. The hotel itself was clean and everything was in good working condition. We say HURRAY with a big THANK YOU to Baton Rouge Drury Inn & Suites!!!!

We’ve stayed in hotels for a week, a different place each night. This room was by far the cleanest. Beds were made correctly, tight and square corners. Floor had been swept and dirt removed from edges. Very impressive. Supper was very good and dining, buffet area neat and tidy even though they had a bunch of crew workers that came in at the same time. The employees were all trying hard to do a good job. Thank you!!!

The staff were mostly friendly. There was only one staff that seemed to have a poor attitude and was short with customers. The rest of the staff were amazing. The property was well put together, as far as decor and environment. The luxury of having a store, restaurant, and hospital seemed convenient.

The staff upon arrival was very helpful, polite, and inviting (young lady with curly Afro blondish top) clean facilities such as pool, dining area, room, etc., comfortable bed, necessary toiletries available, spacious, and everything worked well!

Property was clean, bed and pillow insanely comfy, staff were all very cheerful and polite, included not only breakfast but also evening snacks and three delicious alcoholic drinks per adult. Would definitely return.
